About me

► As a Data, AI, and Data Science Leader, I bring a wealth of academic and hands-on experience to the table. My expertise spans across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data-Intensive Applications, Web/Mobile App Development, and Software/Enterprise Architecture. 🎓 I obtained my Ph.D. from École de technologie supérieure (ETS) at Université du Québec, where I conducted research in machine learning, software engineering, and human-computer interaction. 🎓 As a faculty lecturer for the Master of Management Analytics program at McGill Desautels Faculty of Management, I teach courses on data and analytics platform architecture, enterprise data science, machine learning in production, foundations of deep learning, and applications and architectures of deep learning. 📚 In addition to my academic pursuits, I have also authored two books on Swift functional programming, which were published by Packt and spent several weeks in the Amazon top 10. I have also taught advanced iOS app development and organized the Swift Montreal Meetup, a gathering place for the Swift community in Montreal 🏆 In my professional career, I have directed 17 programs/projects, established 4 centres of excellence, established 12 highly scalable data-intensive systems, created and deployed 12 different AI products, developed 72 mobile apps and 24 web apps/API servers, participated in 4 digital transformation projects, and developed applications in 17 different programming languages. I have also authored a patent and 3 academic publications, and am certified as a PMP, CSSLP, PSP Developer, and ITIL.
