I’m Fathima Musthafa, a budding Counselling Therapist who believes that life and relationships can be rebuilt, even after hitting rock bottom. My interest in this field comes from a personal space, I know how painful it feels to be unseen, unheard, or told to “just move on.” These experiences shaped my passion for creating a safe and empathetic environment where people can truly feel validated. As a therapist in training, I aim to support individuals and couples in navigating challenges, rebuilding trust, and finding healing. My focus is on listening deeply, understanding without judgment, and helping people move forward at their own pace. I believe every person’s story matters, and I’m here to walk alongside those who are ready to share theirs.
