I've made most of the transitions people book calls about — engineer to product manager, employee to founder and back again, India to Oxford to the Gulf, and PM-who-writes-specs to PM-who-ships-code. Today I'm an AI Product Manager in Dubai, owning product and AI direction for a pan-GCC higher-education platform.
