As an R&D Engineer in the hydrogen team of Bekaert, I contribute towards advancing green hydrogen production by Water Electrolysis and developing innovative solutions for the energy transition. Before joining Bekaert, I worked at Hahn-Schickard and later on, the spin-off ionysis GmbH. There, I contributed to scaling up lab-scale PFAS-free CCM production to industrial manufacturing. Additionally, I supported the implementation of a quality culture based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and I set up the new product development procedure (APQP). I hold a MSc. in Sustainable Systems Engineering from the University of Freiburg, where I focused on renewable energy systems. My core competencies include catalyst ink optimization and MEA fabrication. Outside the professional life, I am a Manchester United fan and love watching and playing football. Along with that, I enjoy working out, going for a run or just chill in the nature.
