BCG was an APAC-heavy role, albeit managed diverse stakeholders across MEA, APAC as well as LATAM. Now, at my current organization, I navigate the intricacies of delivering innovative and effective solutions in talent acquisition, retention, performance management, business change, D&I initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
