I am a Deputy Manager at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), where I lead the design, integration, and certification of avionics systems for high-speed aircraft. With over 14 years of experience in the aerospace sector, I have demonstrated extensive technical expertise and application of systems engineering principles, concepts, theory, and practice. As a project leader, I have successfully coordinated and integrated AGILE and 5S methodologies, resulting in the achievement of organizational excellence and customer satisfaction. I have also generated, reviewed, approved, and managed avionics system design requirements, and served as a system-level expert for flight operations and mission control activities. In addition, I have obtained certifications in Applied Scrum for Agile Project Management, Basic Project Management, and Aircraft Systems Certification. I am passionate about elevating operations and engineering research to new heights. I have worked on groundbreaking projects, shaping the future of aviation and space exploration. I have also contributed to the field through my research publications in various international and national conference proceedings. As an Adjunct Professor in Avionics, I am actively involved in fostering the development of future aviation professionals. With a strong dedication to community values and philanthropy, I am humbled to have received a nomination for the prestigious position of National Group Chair at IronLady, a non-governmental organization focused on the empowerment of women. I am also a National Volunteer at AMP-INDIA, where I actively contribute to the capacity building of NGOs within minority communities. I am a prolific speaker and a member of AIAA, AeSI, and IETE.
