Hello! My name is Fareeha Naik. I am a postgraduate student of MA Counseling Psychology. I've spent years studying how people think, feel, and get stuck and even longer being a young adult trying to figure the same things out myself. I work at the intersection of psychological safety, identity development, and the very specific pressure that comes with being young, ambitious, and expected to have it all sorted. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded. I'm based in Mumbai. I practice from a culturally rooted perspective, which means I take seriously the weight of family, community, and belonging, not just the individual in isolation.
