I’m the founder of Mandonna, a gender-research consulting company aimed at maximising researchers’ social output. I have performed diverse research roles and I’m committed to a vision of holistic empowerment and comprehension of ‘gender as a spectrum’ through Mandonna. Other than Research and Inclusivity Studies, I have great deal of interest in areas of International Relations and Public Policy. My significant experience here, enables me to approach complex challenges with creativity, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills. I consider my multidisciplinary background and diverse skill set to be a valuable asset in any government or public sector role, where I can leverage my passion for gender studies, research, public policy, and international relations to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact.
