Development sector professional with 5 years of work experience. I began working in the field with Teach For India (TFI) where I taught a 6th-grade classroom for 2 years. I continued working with TFI as a Recruiter, facilitating Fellow-hiring and building partnerships with various colleges and youth-run organizations in the region. Post TFI I worked with International Innovation Corps a social impact program supported by University of Chicago leading their Operations and Talent Management verticals. Until recently I was working with the Programs team at Leap Skills a for profit education management organisation.
