Rich experience in the fintech industry (stock broking and mutual funds) . My previous job at Zerodha, I was engaged in product development and operations of India's largest direct mutual funds platform - COIN by Zerodha since its inception. My experience encompasses product development, building teams, customer experience, optimizing business processes and liaisoning with tech team for efficient streamlining of the product. Early in my career, I also was part of the funds team handling financial reconciliation of mutual funds debits and credits in the company's pool account. In my current role at Bandhan Life, I am responsible for streamlining and optimising the cross-functional business processes across different stakeholders to achieve efficient outcomes.
