I worked for companies of all sizes, from small startups to big enterprises, and have launched and grown marketplaces, mobile applications, desktop software, SaaS, and platform products. Eight years ago, I got my first leadership role. Inspiring and motivating diverse teams has been my passion ever since. While I love to win, helping the team win gives me even greater joy. That's why I also dedicate lots of my time to mentoring and coaching high-achieving individuals to help them progress in their careers and find meaning in their work. Outside of work, I'm a bookworm, a musician, an amateur chef, and an artist. I'm always enthusiastic about learning and gaining new skills. Right now, it's coding that keeps me up at night.
