I am passionate about customer success and helping others to get the best out of every situation they are put in. I have a diverse background in leadership, sales and account management but what I love the most is helping others to solve problems. When my team, my customers and my organization succeed I feel like I have also succeeded. After 10 years working with LinkedIn customers to help them hire, market, and sell more efficiently and effectively, I am building a consulting company to go deeper with people to ensure they are getting the most out of LinkedIn. I think there is a huge opportunity for both companies and people to use LinkedIn better to meet their professional goals and I want to help them on this journey. I am very passionate about diversity, inclusion, and belonging within the tech space. I have helped to found the TransformHER conference to help bring women of color together to help break the glass ceiling. I am also a sports fanatic and love discussing/arguing any sports topic you have!
