Please note that this is not a coaching call. It’s rather a time for us to get to know each other to see if we are a good fit.

Here's what that looks like:

• We will go over an intake form with questions to understand your current situation and what led up to it.
• We'll design a vision for your ideal self and your coaching goals.
• Based on the above, I will take you through my coaching process and how it relates to you.
• If there's a fit for both sides, we will explore how best we can work together.
• You will have the time (at the end and during) to ask questions about me and my coaching approach.
• We will then go over next steps.
