Quick chat with Ethiraj Murugan

Want to get on a 1-on-1 call with me and have a brief discussion about what I do, how I can help you, or talk about any quick query you have under the umbrella of AI engineering, career transition, interview preparation, or salary negotiation? Book a call with me and I will see you inside.

This is an open, unstructured conversation — no agenda, no pressure, no slides. Just a genuine 1-on-1 where you can ask me anything you have been wondering about.

People usually use this call for things like — should I apply for this role or is my profile a fit, how do I position my experience for AI engineering roles, what should I focus on in the next 30 days to break into AI, how do I respond to this offer I just received, is my expected CTC realistic for my experience level, what is the job market actually like right now for senior engineers, or simply — I want to understand how you can help me before booking a longer session.

I have 8.5 years of production experience at EY building enterprise AI systems, attended 18 interviews in 30 days, negotiated multiple offers above ₹45 LPA, and am actively navigating the AI engineering job market in 2026. Whatever quick question is on your mind — bring it.

The only reason I keep a nominal charge is to ensure I get to speak with people who genuinely want to connect and make the most of the time we have together.

See you inside.
