I’ve recently come out of a year-long job search myself, so I understand firsthand how overwhelming, discouraging, and confusing today’s market can feel. That experience pushed me to experiment, refine, and ultimately master a set of strategies, tools, and mindsets that not only helped me land my next role, but also inspired me to share those learnings with others navigating similar challenges. I’ve been a PMP since 2022 and recently renewed my certification, which allows me to share real-world insights on how to prepare for the PMP exam and how to maintain it effectively over time. I’m also actively exploring AI-focused certifications such as CPM-AI, because continuous learning is a core mantra for me—it’s what helps me stay confident, competent, and relevant in an evolving industry. Staying current in domain knowledge is essential for Technical Program Managers, and I strongly believe that networking is just as critical to long-term career growth.
