As a Human Resources Manager at Iffort, a digital marketing agency, I lead the recruitment, engagement, and retention of talented and diverse professionals. I collaborate with hiring managers to create effective and efficient hiring plans, develop a pool of qualified candidates, and conduct regular follow-up to ensure the quality and satisfaction of the hires. I also support the employee relations, performance management, and learning and development initiatives at Iffort, fostering a positive and productive work culture. I leverage my PG Diploma in HR & Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and my B.Tech in Computer Science from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, to design and implement innovative and data-driven solutions that align with the organizational goals and values. My strength is taking a critical and analytical approach to problem-solving, while using the fewest resources possible.
