I believe what I am best at, as a sales leader, is getting the most out of each person I have the opportunity to lead. I help them succeed while still holding on to their authentic self. Sales is not fun if you cannot be yourself while you are doing it. My approach in sales leadership is developing my teams mechanically and stylistically. And I try to give enough attention to both, adjusting as needed, while trying to meet each individual where they are skills wise. I’ve had success in revenue generation, team scaling, career pathing my ICs, and always building a team culture where a sense of community is paramount. We succeed individually and collectively.
