A future program manager, I use my communication skills, customer relations experience, and Higher Education background to work with multiple types of stakeholders. My passion is people and cultures. I thrive on meeting and then exceeding the expectations of others by working with the most talented and qualified talent in the space I am in. From advising and onboarding new stakeholders, recruitment, hiring, and supervising, I bring with me an understanding that compliance matters, flexibility is necessary and everyone has potential. Currently, I am an Assistant Director and Sr. Program Manager in a large and active division of Student Affairs. My specialties include Talent Assessment and Recruitment, Policy Creation and Compliance, Change, Relationship and Software Management, and Onboarding and Orientation. Recent accomplishment: I am currently responsible for planning and managing multiple projects, including communication of progress to leadership. I Initiated and executed a streamlined online appeal program, resulting in reduced processing time by 66%, saving office and personnel resources. This was years in the making and it's live for my work community!
