I am an Electronics & Communication Engineer with deep hands-on experience in VLSI design, RF systems, AI-integrated hardware, and advanced device modeling using Silvaco TCAD and Xilinx Vivado. My technical foundation spans the full semiconductor stack — from transistor-level simulation to system-level verification — giving me a quality perspective that starts at the silicon. As a TNSCST Seed Grant recipient, my research on CMOS and TFET architectures was government-validated for its precision and real-world relevance.
