With over 15 years of experience in the cement industry, I have developed expertise in raw mix design, production and quality management, process engineering, safety management, production optimization and enhancement, SAP PP, team and people management, and technical recruiting. I have also been involved in project planning and commissioning, clinker purchase, packing plant, and jumbo bag packing.
