Previously, journaling felt tedious. Blank pages ridiculed me. This guidance, developed by you, was a revelation. The thoughtful prompts went further than "Dear Diary." I wasn't simply writing; I was pondering, discovering patterns, and acquiring new views. Journaling became a practice of self-care instead of a burden. It has become a safe place to express feelings, celebrate victories, and seek clarity. This handbook, more than a how-to, served as a springboard for my own development. Highly recommended!

My work is rooted in creating spaces where people can reflect, heal, and grow without judgment. I combine different therapy methods with practical tools and self-compassion, helping people reconnect with themselves, face challenges with confidence, and build resilience. Alongside individual work, I also create group spaces for reflection, meaningful conversations, and community care. 🎓 I have a Master’s in Applied Psychology and a PG Diploma in Counseling & Psychotherapy, and I’m currently pursuing Diploma in Community Mental Health at NIMHANS.
