She has been incredibly open and patient, always willing to listen as I express myself. Just having that space to talk freely has helped me tremendously

It was wonderful. I felt really heard and seen. It's frankly the first time I have felt like I'm not being judged in therapy

Previously, journaling felt tedious. Blank pages ridiculed me. This guidance, developed by you, was a revelation. The thoughtful prompts went further than "Dear Diary." I wasn't simply writing; I was pondering, discovering patterns, and acquiring new views. Journaling became a practice of self-care instead of a burden. It has become a safe place to express feelings, celebrate victories, and seek clarity. This handbook, more than a how-to, served as a springboard for my own development. Highly recommended!
