Experienced change professional working for vibrant start up The Service Strategist. My currency is my enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit and empathetic nature. While still early days I’m inspired by, and am keen to accelerate, coaching culture within the organizations I work for. I’m working to deepen my coach skills, explore my coaching style and am curious about the role of agile coaching within business. Having already experienced the transformative power of voice and executive coaching before launching my professional career, beyond my day job I’m a coaching ambassador; a voluntary role that sees me advocating for coaching to be made more accessible to young people. I also invest my expertise and energy in helping others reach their full potential, through my student-led tutoring business, an enterprise I founded in 2020 and have continued to grow Edinburgh, Fife & Lothians academic tutoring. Be it in my professional or private life I aspire to help people be the best they can be – something I also continuously strive for in myself. I’ve been described as an “unassuming activator who intuitively sees the positive in a challenging situation,” something I hope is true, because I like the sound of it! I’m still young, I’m still finding my way, and I’m still not entirely sure what direction my career will yet take but having secured my Chemical Engineering degree, my first professional role with NatWest, and my second professional role with The Service Strategist. What I am, is determined and what I value is reliability, reciprocity and trustworthiness.
