My 1:1 mentorship with Elma was incredible. I appreciated her straightforward, honest approach most. She gave me practical guidance on building my CV, identifying opportunities, and finding an entry point in the public policy field I am interested in. I now have a much better understanding of what I need to do. Honestly, I no longer feel the need to look elsewhere. Thank you so much.
