Thanks to Elle, I went from novice to a 6-figure UI/UX designer in a couple months. Their mentoring transformed my life and mindset in just a few sessions.
My name is Elle and I got my start in design through hackathons where I learned all about design, product, how to iterate quickly, public speaking (1000+ audience), and where I learned the fundamentals of front-end development.
Since then, I have gone on to lead several design departments at different companies (small and large-scale alike), often operating in a PM capacity at the same time. I am passionate about solving problems and making the world a better designed place. I have years of experience of working directly alongside developers, business stakeholders, and user. I understand what it takes to go from a customer conversation and build a product that solves their problems or meets their needs.
My degree in Religious Studies allowed me to become the perfect stranger - placing myself in unknown or unique situations that helped me see things through a different set of eyes. Studying the psychology of actions and motivating factors has taught me to design for greater conversion and increased usability. My Master's degree in Business Administration has taught me the skills to understand how a business works most efficiently. My ability to interpret business decisions and strategies can help shape the product to increase revenue and reduce customer churn.
