I have spent 20 years making live events work, from co-founding Lucidity Festival and its 3,500-person build to running production for more than 100 shows a year at UC Santa Barbara Arts and Lectures. Along the way I have advanced tours, redlined riders, built production schedules that hold up under pressure, and led crews, union staff, vendors, and artists at festival scale.
