🙋‍♀️About Myself Hi, I'm Elaine and I have almost 10 yeas of working experience as DS and Tech Lead Manager. Upon completing my undergraduate in Electrical Engineering, I directly transitioned into the Ph.D. program and earned my doctoral degree in just 3.5 years. My first intern and full-time position in Apple was battery algorithm engineer, where I developed the fast-charging algorithm and successfully shipped it in iPhone X. Later I transitioned a new team and working as a Data Scientist since then. I have gone through the career transition from hardware to software; I was navigating a way from junior to senior and then to a manager. But it's not all about work. I'm also a mom of a young kid, a part-time youtuber, a fitness enthusiast that exercise everyday, and a career coach, passionate about mentoring and helping others navigate their careers.
