As a postdoctoral researcher at Université Paris-Saclay, my work focuses on unraveling the gene expression plasticity in Zymoseptoria tritici strains, a wheat-pathogenic fungus. By bridging empirical and theoretical research, I aim to deepen our understanding of the evolution of plasticity and its implications for agriculture. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across two research institutes, I lead projects that integrate cutting-edge methodologies with collaborative problem-solving. With over seven years of experience in evolutionary biology, including a doctoral focus on mitochondrial-nuclear gene interactions in Drosophila melanogaster, I bring expertise in experimental design, statistical modeling, and project management. My mission is to advance research that tackles critical challenges in ecology and evolutionary biology, fostering impactful collaborations and innovative solutions.
