With over 25 years of leadership across Bazar (market), Samaj (society), and Sarkar (government), I bring a unique blend of expertise in public policy, ESG, and social impact. Currently, I serve as an Indian Administrative Fellow with the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, part of the inaugural cohort of a transformative Government of India initiative. Collaborating closely with senior IAS officers and bureaucrats, I channel private-sector expertise into public-sector leadership to drive inclusive growth. My work focuses on uplifting marginalized communities, including Denotified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Tribes (DNTs), through initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, unlock welfare access, and empower education for sustainable change. Previously, I held leadership roles at Samsung, Shell, Airtel, Deloitte, and ICICI, leading ESG strategy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and business transformation across diverse industries. I’ve been internationally recognized with the Prince Michael International Award (London) and the Shell Global CEO Award (The Hague) for designing and delivering high-impact solutions that bridge policy and action. As the Co-Founder and Director of Binary Green LLP, I lead independent ESG consulting, partnering with clients like Hero Motocorp, Legrand, Institute of Directors (IoD), to embed sustainability into core business strategies. Additionally, as a CII Sustainability Assessor, I have assessed ESG practices across sectors such as cement, oil & gas, textiles, IT and steel, championing social & governance excellence and environmental stewardship. A passionate advocate for sustainable development and social justice, I regularly share insights on global and national platforms, including the G20 Summit, CII, FICCI, NSE, IICA, IIM, and ISB. Beyond my professional roles, I actively contribute as a board member and advisor, shaping policies and programs that prioritize equitable development.
