I'm a lead consultant in Business Consulting at Virtusa with over 10 years of experience. Earlier I have been leading the business analyst practice of Allianz Insurance Sri Lanka. There, I built a complete BA unit from the ground up and revolutionized the company’s workflows by introducing design thinking practices. I have been the first person in Sri Lanka to conduct a Google Style Design Sprint in a financial institute. And led product designing teams of enterprise and core systems using lean methodologies and Human human-centered design. I'm currently the VP of Education of IIBA Colombo Chapter and write my own Newsletter for business analysts called “The Classy Business Analyst”. I have a Master’s in Business Analytics, an MBA from the University of West London, a certified scrum master, a certified scrum product owner, a SAFe Agilist, a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst, and a certified Agile Coach.
