I have developed many analytics solutions and built the MLOps platforms to bring them to production, for multiple organisations in various industries. As Data & Analytics strategy consultant, I aim for long term success, defining the ambitions for the years to come, laying out a roadmap describing how to achieve those goals, and implementing tools to monitor progress along the way. Such a roadmap includes the major applications of data and analytics, as well as milestones in the development of data and analytics capabilities and maturity.
