I’m Eshwar Ramisetti — a UPSC aspirant, mentor, strategist, content creator, and entrepreneur. I graduated from VIT Vellore with a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and later pursued a PGDM from XIME Chennai. My professional journey has taken me through startups, business analysis, digital marketing, consulting, and content creation, giving me exposure to both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. I started my serious UPSC preparation in 2022. Over the years, I’ve experienced the real challenges of the UPSC journey — information overload, changing strategies, close misses, self-doubt, consistency, and the pressure of repeated attempts. I cleared Prelims once and came close in subsequent attempts, missing by narrow margins. These experiences made me realize that aspirants don't always need more information. They need clarity, the right strategy, reliable resources, and someone who understands the journey. That is why I started UPSCwithEshwar — to help aspirants prepare smarter through practical guidance, strategy, resources, and mentorship. Beyond UPSC, I’m passionate about business strategy, geopolitics, public policy, technology, careers, and storytelling. I also create content through my LinkedIn community and newsletters, The Strategy Chronicles and The Diplomatic Playbook. Today, I’m building my personal brand around four things: learning, creating, mentoring, and building. I’m still on my own journey, and that’s what makes my story authentic.
