I have a career spanning more than two decades with considerable experience in the development sector. I have worked on issues related to urban and rural poverty, migration, climate change and environment, public health, public policy, etc. I have written extensively on development issues and public policy, and have published across various platforms--print and online. I have worked on access to medicines, intellectual property rights (IPRs), engaged in reviewing, designing and technical editing of several studies, reports, for the World Health Organization (WHO), and other UN agencies and several international organisations/institutions. As a knowledge management professional, I have been involved in strategic communications and developing project proposals, including research proposals, concept notes, strategic plan for organisations, implementation plan, conducting monitoring and evaluation, developing communication strategy and media advocacy, and policy advocacy strategy with government, hosting events/workshops for networking and partnership building. Over the years, I have worked closely with various government departments, senior bureaucrats and policy makers, public policy researchers, academicians, people in the development sector, and diverse stakeholders.
