I use scientific psychometric career assessment tools using models like MBTI, RIASEC etc., to find personalized career counselling for school students, graduates and professionals. I have counselled more than 300 people individually to find their career direction. I am a UPSC (IAS / IFS / IPS) interview level candidate, having cleared its preliminary examination 5 times. I also mentor students for government competitive examinations. With 3+ years of consulting experience in a fortune 200 MNC, my experience in consulting leading manufacturing firms in India for their IT/Robotics based automation places me in a juncture of exposure to conventional and new age careers. I also have deep insight about commercials and business processes to help in starting an entrepreneurial journey. I have done my MTech in Industrial Engineering and Management from National Institute of Technology-Calicut.
