Most people asking this question already sense the answer. What they are missing is a framework to test it against their actual situation, not a generic pros-and-cons list from a blog.

This session is for seafarers who are seriously considering an MBA but have not committed. Maybe the GMAT feels like a gamble. Maybe you are unsure what you would do after. Maybe the financial math does not add up yet, or you are not sure whether your profile is competitive.

We work through the decision honestly: your post-MBA goal and whether an MBA is the fastest route to it, your profile strength relative to realistic target schools, the financial break-even given your current CTC trajectory at sea, and what you would be giving up versus what you would gain.
