Then, I will make you write your career journey in a framework provided by me. We will then discuss the value you have created in your professional journey. Trust me when I say, that most CXOs do not know the value they have created in their journey.

By the end of the exercise, you will have a different perspective to look at your career, both, the past and future. You will be equipped to answer anything about your work in a structured manner during an interview.
