My vision is to bridge the gender gap that exists in all strands of society. Before my MPP+MBA, I spent the last five years working with governments, non-profits, academia and philanthropists to improve public policies for women and children. In these roles, I’ve used systems thinking and human-centred approaches to design successful solutions for the state. I enjoy breaking down complex problems into fragments that can be solutions for. Currently, I’m working with British International Investments (BII), the UK Government's Development Finance Institution, to positively impact women across Africa & Asia through their investments.
