Mithun is the Associate Director for Platform engineering at Avegen Pvt Limited and spearheads product engineering for digital health applications for patients with long-term conditions. After completing his medical training from Madras Medical College, he did his Masters in Medical Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is interested in applying his inter-disciplinary skill set in medicine and information technology to improve healthcare delivery.
