Dr. Pragnesh Shah is a distinguished medical professional with a strong educational background and significant contributions to medicine in Gujarat, India. He earned his MBBS from Pramukh Swami Medical College, Karamsad, and furthered his expertise with a Post Graduate Certificate in Industrial Health (PGCIH) from M S University, Vadodara, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Cardiology (PGDCC) from IGNOU. Dr. Shah served as the nodal officer and COVID ward in-charge at the 50-bed ESIS Hospital under the Government of Gujarat.
An active member of the medical community, he has held key roles such as past president of the Family Physicians Association, Vadodara, and founder president of the Forum of Clinical Cardiology of Gujarat. He is also a patron of the Indian Association of Clinical Cardiologists, Gujarat Chapter, and has contributed to the Indian Medical Association (IMA) as sports secretary and joint secretary in Vadodara. Dr. Shah has organized national conferences and is a member of the Executive Body of WONCA South Asia Regional Council. Additionally, he serves as an editor for the FPA Beats and the IMA Vadodara Bulletin and has a lifelong interest in Gujarati literature.
