With a strong foundation in public health and mental health systems, I bring a unique blend of experience from both government and corporate sectors. I began my journey with the National Health Mission (NHM), Maharashtra, where I served as the State Program Manager for Mental Health, leading critical initiatives such as the implementation of the DMHP across 34 districts and launching the first digital mental health campaign, Maharashtra Manoswasthya Abhiyan, which reached over 200,000 people during the pandemic. Later, in my corporate role with Johnson & Johnson as a Market Access Manager, I worked closely with government stakeholders to drive advocacy and access to healthcare solutions across diverse therapeutic areas, including oncology, mental health, and immunology. Currently, as a WHO consultant to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, I focus on designing sustainable and inclusive mental health programs and policies that address the unique needs of communities across India. My experience spans across program implementation, health policy development, and strategic partnerships, allowing me to bridge the gap between public health priorities and business objectives.
