Advice for aspiring public health researchers

Whether you're figuring out if public health is right for you, applying to MPH/MSPH programs, or trying to break into research - I've been there recently. I graduated from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in May 2026 with an MSPH in Women's Sexual and Reproductive Health, and I'm happy to share what I learned the hard way.
