updated: Jan 2022 Pronouns: She, Her, Hers ___ A self-motivated go-getter who moves fast, works hard, and gets things done. I ask too many questions and speak my mind often. I am not afraid of failing which helps me experiment and do things unconventionally. I like getting my hands dirty and diving head-first into anything that needs to be fixed or built. My professional interests lie in - • aggressively reading and writing (30-35 books/year and writing daily) • help building user-centric products & seamlessly marketing them • customer success • copywriting and corporate communications Being able to thrive under pressure and constantly multi-task made me realize that I liked being in charge and leading from the front. When I was 9, my school brought us to a slum visit. I learned first-hand that I came from privilege and how difficult the other half had it. 17-years since and I've volunteered and worked for at least one social cause every single year. Giving back to society continues to be my life-long project. Ergo, I am an avid CSR activist at work. As someone who has dealt with anxiety and depression for over 6-years, I am an advocate for mental health awareness and on a journey to normalize and de-stigmatize it in the office, at home, and amongst friends, colleagues, anyone, everyone. As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Ambassador for India, and a proud ally, I represented BNY Mellon at the Out & Equal Summit, 2021. Additionally, I worked with the Women in Tech and PRISM ergs as their regional lead. And avidly volunteered for various CSR initiatives of BNYM during the pandemic and further.
