Every child deserves to be understood before being directed. This belief is at the heart of everything I do. Over the years, I have worked across engineering, higher education, curriculum development and global mathematics education, spending more than 12,000 hours teaching and mentoring learners across 8+ countries. And one thing became increasingly clear to me: students don't always lack ability. Very often, they lack the opportunity to understand themselves, explore what is possible, and make decisions with confidence. That is why I founded DeepSight. I don't believe career development should begin with the question, “Which profession should this child choose?” I believe it should begin with the child. Their strengths. Their interests. Their abilities. Their values. The way they think, learn and solve problems. And then, with that understanding, we help them explore the world of possibilities around them. My work with students and parents is therefore not about giving them one answer or choosing a career for them. It is about helping young people become more self-aware, curious, capable and confident in making informed decisions about their future.
