Should you switch to Non-Clinical or NOT

Hi, I’m Dr. Aditi. After completing my BDS, I took a drop to pause and reflect trying to figure out if clinical dentistry was truly the path for me. Like many students, I was confused about whether I should continue in a clinical role or explore non-clinical options.

I spent a lot of time researching, speaking to mentors, and understanding the different career paths within dentistry beyond direct patient care. From academics, research, dental content creation, consulting, to administrative roles I explored what aligns with my strengths and interests.
