As an implementation science academic my primary interest is in exploring the intersection of evidence-based interventions and how they are delivered throughout health and care systems. By using mixed methods design, my aim is to generate evidence that can inform evidence-based policies and improve global health outcomes. Through my work, I am dedicated to identifying and addressing barriers to the effective implementation of evidence-based interventions. By analysing factors that influence implementation success or failure, I strive to identify strategies and solutions that can facilitate the delivery of high-quality health care services. I am particularly interested in the application of implementation research methods in resource-limited settings, where health systems face significant challenges in delivering evidence-based interventions. By working with local communities and health care providers, my team is currently strengthening rehabilitation in mental health services.
