I’m Dr. Ridhya Goyal — an HR researcher, academic professional, youth leadership advocate, and mentor passionate about empowering students and young professionals to unlock meaningful opportunities and build impactful careers. Previously, I served as an ICSSR Doctoral Fellow and UN Volunteer, experiences that strengthened my interest in research, leadership development, youth empowerment, and social impact.
