Preparing to study abroad

I did my PhD at Osaka University, Japan with a fully funded scholarship. I also got another scholarship for PhD at a Taiwanese University. Furthermore, I have a postdoctoral experience of 4 years in the USA. So, I have plenty of knowledge on securing a scholarship/fellowship to study abroad.
