This session is designed for students, researchers, clinicians, and early-career academicians who want to understand the fundamentals of conducting a Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (SRMA). The session will provide a practical introduction to each step of the process, including framing a research question, developing a protocol, literature searching, screening studies, data extraction, risk of bias assessment, and basics of meta-analysis.

Participants will also gain exposure to commonly used tools such as Rayyan, RevMan, and PROSPERO registration, along with guidance on handling common challenges faced during SRMA. The session aims to simplify complex concepts and provide a structured roadmap for independently initiating an SRMA project.
