Hi! I’m Dr. Nidhi, a legal academician, researcher, and mentor passionate about helping law students and scholars navigate their research journey. With a 𝗣𝗵.𝗗. 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗡𝗟𝗦𝗜𝗨, 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲, an 𝗟𝗟.𝗠. 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘄, and over a 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 at institutions like IIULER Goa, Christ University, and Ramaiah College of Law, I’ve dedicated my career to making legal research accessible and impactful. As the founder of Upkritam, I run two verticals: 📌 Upkritam Legal – Helping law researchers with guidance, proofreading, and referencing. 📌 Upkritam Pathshala – A platform to explore and share legal research. My expertise spans Criminal Law, Human Trafficking, and Film Certification Laws, and I’ve published extensively in reputed journals. I also love mooting and have judged national and international competitions. I have authored numerous research papers, book chapters, and articles on topics related to Film Certification and Gendered Violence, with publications in reputed journals.
