Dr. Mona Zoughaib is the Managing Partner and co-founder of We Grow Minds, a boutique training and consulting company established in 2018 and having offices in Dubai, Beirut, and Riyadh. Widely considered as one of the top Project Management experts and trainers in the region, Dr. Zoughaib holds a PHD from Université de Paris, France, an MBA from the Lebanese American University (LAU), and a Bachelor of Computer Science from LAU. She has over 20 years of experience in the banking, aviation, and education sector. Dr. Zoughaib served as a board member on the PMI Lebanon chapter for 5 consecutive years. She is currently a board member of Lebanese Association of Information Systems. A certified trainer for the PWC academy middle east, Dr. Zoughaib is PMP certified and an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor of PWC and We Grow Minds authorized by Project Management Institute Global. Dr. Zoughaib has always been passionate about Project Management as a subject. During her career, Dr, Zoughaib has served in senior PMO positions at Fransbank and Middle East Airlines and is currently a part-time professor and Senior Trainer at the prestigious American University of Beirut (AUB) and the Lebanese American University (LAU). She is fluent in French, English, Arabic and Spanish languages.
